should be:

- simple
|
|
- aimed at stakeholders
|
|
- understandable by non-tech people
|
|
- should use ubiquitous language
|
|
- also useful for system devs
|
|
|
|
can use text (Cockburn, fowler) or diagrams (function catalog, UML case diagrams)
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
