## How do I use Endel?
In combination with the [[Optimization/Tools/Session]] application, I turn it on when performing the most demanding creative tasks.

In addition, I reach for it while writing, reading and resting. Then I usually turn it on directly on [[Optimization/Hardware/Apple Watch]]
