- EVOO: 750ml is a clinically relevant dose, so 1,5tbsp a day is enough which is covered by the 1 bottle
- items are thoroughly tested for heavy metals
- taking the stack eliminates the need for taking AG1
- AG1 does not contain clinically relevant doses
- The stack is designed to cover the general population and both sexes
- you should take it slow in the beginning, it is 74 interventions and can lead to some side effects
- they are working on a full blueprint nutrition stack that will cover 2000kcal a day for under 1000 dollars

If Bryan Johnson has a late big dinner with pasta and bread his resting heart rate is 59 and he will have 75% less REM and Deep sleep.
So it's best to eat early. If you need to eat something in the evening for social reasons just have a very light dinner, that's okay. A salad or plate of steamed vegetables.
He goes to bed at 20:30 and doesnt eat after 11am.

I did my first hour calculation with my Matthijs today and it was an interesting experience because he calculates a lot more hours for things than I had initially thought.
He gave me an idea. I actually am going to try to always double the amount of hours I estimate. So if I have eight hours for a task, I will do it in 16 I will say it will take 16 hours.
My goal is to work four hours a day, so if I have a full day task, if I can do it in 4 focused Pomodoros then everybody wins.
The rest of the day I just need to be available on teams.
If I have many meetings these should be included in the 4 hours.

Enabled by setting the following in the apiserver manifests. Enabled by default on kubeadm clusters.
`kube-apiserver --enable-admission-plugins=NodeRestriction`
The kubelet runs on every node and communicates with the API server. Setting this flag will ensure that the kubelet can only modify its own node, and only pods that are running on that node.
If unset, each kubelet can modify each node.
This way we can isolate workloads using labels.

Today the blueprint stack released and I had been thinking about it for a few days, and after an hour of doubting in attending the group call that Brian Johnson was doing I decided to go for it and I purchased the stack.
It is going to be €400 a month so €100 a week and it will cover all if not most of my supplementation needs. Im currently not doing any supplementation and Im feeling fine, but I want to give my body everything it needs to age well or to slow aging.
I was thinking a lot about the financial implications of committing slow to €400 a month and how it would impact my monthly savings, but actually it is much more important to have a well-designed supplement stack that I dont have to think about.
Even just ordering and managing like 50 different pills would take at least an hour a week and if I set my hourly rate at €100 an hour, then I am basically already regaining that.
That doesn't even include all of the research I would need to do to figure out the following:
- which supplements I need
- if they are organic
- if they are tested properly
- if they contain clinically relevant doses
- how much I should take a day
I'm paying Bryan Johnson to do that for me.
